Slater Support began in December of 2025 with the mission of lifting non-profits and small businesses to the next level of operational excellence. We’re passionate about helping teams find a work-life balance that is truly sustainable by streamlining systems, automating where possible, and auditing the workload in order to improve or offload the processes that are taking up too much time.

Ian R. Q. Slater — Owner/Operator, Slater Support, LLC

My name is Ian, but my friends call me “E”.

I’m an Online Business Manager with a background in non-profit operations and arts management. I’m also a multi-disciplinary performer (check out my artist website here!).

I got into this work because I recognized that there are a LOT of small business owners who AREN’T JUST business owners. We all have other stuff going on.

Too many solopreneurs become so inextricably linked with their businesses that they lose time for the things they love. Building systems that feed back into our lives is my passion.

TSL Partners Accounting & Bookkeeping

Slater Support and TSL Partners joined forces in early 2026 to offer small businesses a leg up. Together they provide accounting and operational expertise to businesses from California to Rhode Island.

Tina Liu — Founder/CEO, TSL Partner Inc.

With a career spanning corporate accounting for major publicly traded companies, high-growth SaaS startups, and hands-on M&A work on both sides of the transaction, Tina has built a deep toolkit of technical accounting, financial reporting, long-term financial strategy, and business building.

After years in corporate and public accounting and working with many dynamic tech startups, Tina found her true calling closer to home — working with small and mid-sized business owners who deserve the same caliber of financial expertise with a small business budget in mind.

Today, Tina channels everything she’s learned into helping small business owners make smarter financial decisions and achieve better outcomes. TSL Partners, her firm, is built around transparency and predictability —offering productized services like bookkeeping-as-a-service with simple flat-fee pricing — and designed for scale, so we can serve as many business owners as possible without ever compromising on quality, consistency, or dependability
